PLASMA TREATMENT THORY:
Plasma cleaning technology utilizes the characteristics of low-temperature plasma to allow the plasma to come into contact and react with the material surface, resulting in chemical and physical cleaning of the treated material surface. This can cause etching to become rough, form a dense cross-linked layer, or introduce oxygen-containing polar groups, thereby improving hydrophilicity, adhesion, dyeability, biocompatibility, and electrical properties.
Under appropriate processing conditions, the surface morphology of the material undergoes significant changes, introducing various oxygen-containing functional groups to transform the surface from non-polar and difficult to stick to polar, easily sticky, and hydrophilic. This has a wide range of applications in the semiconductor industry.
