The SUP-SKJ-M50-16 metal crystal growth furnace is a device that uses the Bridgman technique (crucible lowering method) to grow metal crystals. It can operate under vacuum, atmospheric pressure, inert gas, or other protective atmospheres, and under controlled partial pressure conditions. Depending on the properties of the metal, the unit can utilize either medium-frequency induction heating or graphite resistance heating.  A European-made microprocessor and thermocouple closed-loop control system regulates the furnace temperature, enabling the control of crystal diameter.  This is a compact crystal growth furnace suitable for use in colleges, universities, and research institutes.

Installation Conditions

This equipment should be used in an environment with a temperature of 25℃ ± 15℃ and a humidity of 55%Rh ± 10%Rh.

1. Water: The equipment includes a self-circulating chiller that requires purified water or deionized water.

2. Electricity: Requires a 380V AC, 50Hz power supply with a 63A air switch and a reliable ground connection.

3. Gas: The equipment chamber must be filled with argon gas (purity 99.99% or higher). A user-supplied argon gas cylinder with a Ø6mm double-ferrule fitting is required.

4. Worktable: A worktable with dimensions of 1500mm × 600mm × 700mm and a load capacity exceeding 200kg is necessary.

5. Ventilation: A ventilation system is required.
