This series of models adopts a PLC program control system, which controls the high-precision stepping motor to cooperate with the control mechanism and the lifting wire for lifting and lifting operation.

The lifting process runs smoothly and accurately. Through vertical dipping and lifting of the sample, the sample is immersed in the liquid thin film material for a period of time and then lifted out, so that a thin film of a certain thickness grows on the surface of the sample. Two program running modes of "single run" and "full run" can be selected. The program can independently set the lifting speed of the sample, the lowering speed into the liquid, the immersion time of the sample in the liquid thin film material, the drying time of the sample, and the number of cycles of the sample entering and exiting the liquid thin film material.

This series of programmable lifting coating machines is divided into PTL-MM02 normal temperature type (i.e. room temperature) and PTL-MMB02 constant temperature type with a constant temperature heating drying box. You can choose the appropriate model according to the process temperature requirements for lifting and coating film growth.
