Product Description

This model utilizes a PLC program control system, employing a high-precision stepper motor in conjunction with a controlled actuator and lifting wire to execute vertical lifting and drawing operations. The lifting process is characterized by smooth and precise movement. By vertically immersing and drawing the sample, the substrate is immersed in the liquid-phase thin film material for a specified duration and then withdrawn, thereby enabling the growth of a thin film of a defined thickness on the sample surface.

Two program operation modes are selectable: "Single-Run Operation" and "Full-Run Operation". The program allows for independent setting of parameters such as the sample's upward drawing speed, downward immersion speed, immersion dwell time in the liquid-phase thin film material, sample drying time, and the number of cycles for sample entry and exit from the liquid-phase thin film material.

This programmed-control draw coater is a thermostatic heating type coating equipment, equipped with a thermostatic heating drying chamber. You can set a constant heating temperature value based on the process temperature requirements for draw coating growth.
