Product Description

VTC-50PA-DC Mini Spin Coater is primarily designed for the application of thin film materials such as liquids, gels, and flowable pastes. The device features a stainless steel exterior structure, making it lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The transparent acrylic cover allows for clear observation of the entire coating process. The sample fixation system utilizes a grooved polypropylene sample chuck combined with a template that self-adjusts to the shape and size of the sample, ensuring secure and convenient fixation of the substrate. This design ensures ease of operation, effortless sample handling, and protects the substrate from any damage.

The VTC-50PA-DC Mini Spin Coater is powered by a safer DC24V power supply, making it suitable for use inside a glove box. The rotating spindle is driven by a high-speed DC brushless motor, controlled by a highly anti-interference microcontroller. The rotational speed can reach up to 8000 rpm, with fast and stable motor startup and smooth acceleration, enabling precise control of high-speed rotation. This allows liquids, gels, and other materials to quickly and evenly form thin films on the substrate. The device can store up to 6 programs, with each program containing 9 operational stages. Each stage's parameters can be independently configured, allowing the device to gradually increase speed to its maximum. The coating and leveling processes are segmented, facilitating uniform film formation on the sample surface while minimizing material waste.

The VTC-50PA-DC Mini Spin Coater is compact, easy to operate, and simple to clean, making it widely used in laboratories of universities and research institutions for thin film generation processes.


Product Features

- The device adopts a stainless steel exterior structure, providing corrosion resistance; the acrylic cover allows clear observation of the coating process.  

- A customizable heated cover is available, with heating temperatures up to 80°C.  

- It is controlled by a highly anti-interference microcontroller, ensuring stable operation even at high speeds.  

- Sample fixation is achieved using a dedicated polypropylene sample chuck, eliminating the need for vacuum adsorption or adhesive fixation. The fixation method is simple, preventing substrate deformation and ensuring no damage to the substrate. Slots of different shapes and sizes can be created at the center of the template to accommodate substrates of various shapes and dimensions.  

- The coating and leveling processes are segmented, ensuring the uniformity of the film layer after coating.
