Product Description

The PTL-AADC Multi-angle Tilting Dip Coater is a dip coating machine equipped with a tilting angle, designed to perform nanocoating on samples by immersing them into beakers containing coating materials. The tilting angle of the samples can be adjusted as needed within the range of 0–45°. The machine is equipped with 4 lifting rods and 4 beakers, allowing simultaneous use of 4 different coating materials. The immersion speed, immersion time, lifting speed, and drying time for each beaker can be individually configured. During operation, the PTL-AADC Multi-angle Tilting Dip Coater lifts the samples out of the coating material at an optimal angle, enabling different coating thicknesses to be achieved simultaneously on both sides of the sample. One key advantage of this machine is its ability to achieve desired coating performance by reducing the number of coating layers or steps required.
