Product Description: The SUP-SYJ-1610 Precision Dicing Machine features an imported air-bearing spindle. It offers high precision, excellent rigidity, high output power, low noise, and long service life. The spindle speed can be set independently, and the operating status is monitored in real-time. The XYZ axes utilize imported linear guides and ball screws.
The Y-axis employs a full closed-loop control with a mathematical model fitting for enhanced accuracy. The industrial computer control system provides real-time status monitoring.

15-inch industrial-grade LCD touch screen. All operations are completed on the screen. Features a self-guided program mode with multiple programmable process plans to accommodate various materials and cutting modes. Automatic microscope focusing with the ability to switch between ring light and coaxial light at will. Workpiece alignment is achieved by directly clicking on the image for quick alignment. The water contact surface is made of all stainless steel material. 

A fully enclosed waterproof cover structure effectively prevents coolant spillage and water mist leakage, ensuring a clean operating environment. The cutting space is equipped with self-locking start, multiple protection measures including compressed air, cooling water, and power supply, along with alarm prompts for enhanced safety.

(1) Recommend an industrial circulating water chiller with 0.6 horsepower cooling capacity and temperature control accuracy ± 2 ° C

(2) The interface is φ6mm hose (refer to Hanway CA-0.6 water chiller for details)

(3)May share the same intake with the cooling water for cutting
