Product Description: SUP-PCE-66 is a compact UV ozone cleaner designed for cleaning various single crystal substrates to ensure better film quality. It can also remove photoresist, improve surface wettability of materials, clean SEM and TEM samples, and UV activate polymers.

Note:

1. The UV device should be operated or guided by qualified personnel from industrial enterprises or academic institutions.

2. Do not look directly at the illuminated UV lamp with bare eyes, as it may cause eye injury and is very dangerous.

3. O3 ozone is a pungent, irritant, and strongly oxidative gas that is harmful to health. Use it in a fume hood or well-ventilated area whenever possible.

4. Avoid using in environments with high temperatures, high humidity, dust, corrosive gases, or acidic and alkaline conditions.

5. To ensure safety, always connect the grounding wire and ensure it is secure.

6. Always turn off the power before performing cleaning or maintenance tasks.

7. Do not modify or process the device without permission; the company will not be responsible for any modified or processed equipment.

8. Use clean gloves while operating. Direct contact with the UV lamp can leave fingerprints on its surface, reducing ultraviolet transmission. If fingerprints are present, please wipe them off with a cotton cloth moistened with alcohol. (Note: The lamp is a consumable item and is not covered under warranty.)

9. When replacing the lamp, ensure the power is turned off, and wear cotton gloves while handling the lamp. (Note: Replacement should be done by qualified personnel.)

10. The quartz irradiation tube can accumulate dust on its inner and outer surfaces over time, reducing ultraviolet transmission. Please clean it regularly based on the level of contamination.
