During operation, the VTC-200 uses a vacuum chuck to secure the sample onto the sample holder. This device employs a two-stage program to control the speed. First, the spin coater is started, and the rotation speed is set within a specific range. Within this speed range, a certain dispensing time is designated for applying the material to the sample. After dispensing, the spin coater increases the speed to the maximum limit of the second stage for uniform coating. Before this, the time for uniform coating must be set. Once the uniform coating time is completed, the machine automatically stops, concluding the entire coating process. The VTC-200 utilizes high-speed rotation to evenly coat materials with high viscosity, such as colloids and solutions, onto the surface of the workpiece.
