Product Description

OTF-1200X-50-DFSL is a system of two Ø50 mm furnaces with 1200ºC Max working temperature. It is designed for growing 2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs). The left furnace is fixed for solid precursor sublimation while the right furnace has an automatic sliding function to achieve fast heating for deposition and fast cooling rate ( ~100°C/min via pre-heating and sliding). The two furnaces have individual temperature controllers for sublimation and deposition without thermal interference.

Vacuum Flanges

Stainless vacuum flanges with a pressure gauge are installed on both ends of the tube.

Water-cooled flanges are available at an extra cost. 

KF25 port for vacuum pumps.

Double Linear Sliding Rails made of Cr-plated steel.

24VDC motor with manual and auto modes.

The automatic programmable sliding function is integrated with the temperature controller.
