The VTC-50A Spin Coater features a power supply system where the motor and control units are powered independently. The speed regulation system is controlled by a high anti-interference microcontroller, ensuring stable rotation speeds within a wide range of 1,000 to 8,000 RPM.
2. Two-Stage Operation Process
The spin coater operates in two distinct stages:
- Low-Speed Stage (SPD1): During this stage, the film-forming liquid gradually disperses, completing the dispensing process. The low-speed rotation time is set as T1.
- High-Speed Stage (SPD2): In this stage, the liquid is evenly distributed across the substrate surface, forming a uniform thin film. The high-speed rotation time is set as T2.
Before the spin coating process begins, the coating time must be preset. Once the set time elapses, the machine automatically stops, marking the end of the coating process.
