Product Description: The GSL-1700X-SPC-2 compact programmable temperature control evaporation coating system allows for program settings and precise temperature control within the range of 200ºC to 1500ºC (or 1200ºC to ~1700ºC).

It can deposit thin film samples with a diameter of up to 2 inches. During the evaporation coating process, the sample stage can rotate to achieve a more uniform film.

Product Description

The GSL-1700X-SPC-2 compact programmable temperature control evaporation coating system has a wide range of applications, capable of preparing various metal films and organic films. It is widely used in the fabrication of electrodes and organic light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Its compact design effectively saves laboratory space, and it is easy to operate with strong adaptability to different materials. As a result, it is extensively used in laboratories at universities and research institutions.


Product Features

2. Features a quartz chamber for easy cleaning and sample insertion.  

3. The sample stage can rotate, allowing for better uniformity of the deposited films.  

4. Uses tungsten wire as the heating source, with a maximum temperature of 1700°C, and comes with a dedicated alumina boat for sample loading (only for use below 1600°C; if the evaporation temperature exceeds 1600°C, samples should be placed directly in the tungsten basket).  

5. A thermocouple is installed at the bottom of the crucible for convenient temperature measurement and control.  

6. The system can be switched to manual adjustment mode, with no internal thermocouple, allowing for direct manual control of output current. The heating source temperature can reach up to 2000°C, meeting the requirements for carbon deposition and other experiments.  

7. Inert gas can be introduced into the vacuum chamber for cleaning, and reactive gases can also be introduced for reactive evaporation coating.  

8. The inlet is equipped with a needle valve to adjust the gas flow rate.
